At the beginning of 2023, Shake Shack launched their new, luxurious White Truffle Burger, aiming to drive Grubhub orders through a tasty campaign. This was achieved through enticing diners to order the new treat on the app and some key influencers and Grubhub customers were surprised with an elevated dining experience after the order. In three select cities, Grubhubers had the chance to receive their White Truffle Burger in a luxe branded box based on the campaign's slogan, "Reservations not required.”
The custom engraved maple wooden boxes were wrapped in branded ribbon and featured a fully custom dinnerware set for two of ceramic plates, gold silverware, sustainable cups, tapered candles with glass holders, customized napkins, and a thank-you letter.
The accompanying sweepstakes, offering a $13,000 trip to Italy, further heightened excitement, resulting in 100 delivered boxes to influencers and consumers, with over 1,200 sweepstakes entries in just six days.
